Retail Revival

It is a simulation of leadership judgment.

Retail Revival puts learners in charge of a multi-store district: real leaders to coach, real morale to manage, and real P&L targets to hit. Every decision (who to coach, what tactic to run, how to respond when a leader's confidence collapses) plays out in the numbers next month and next quarter. There's no answer key, only judgment, consequences, and the chance to try again.

It's designed to build the same instincts a district or regional manager develops over years on the job, compressed into a few hours of high-stakes, low-risk practice.

  • Manage a portfolio of stores and leaders
  • Coach morale, discipline, engagement & productivity
  • Respond to live people-leadership dilemmas
  • Track monthly and quarterly P&L impact
  • Compete on a league table against other regions
